Rooms have been reserved for Saturday, September 26 & Sunday, September 27 for the entire wedding party (double occupancy). The Lucyk/Carlson wedding rate is approximately $100/night per person. Please budget $200 per person for your stay.
Check-in time is 3p on Saturday, September 26.
Check-out time is 11a on Monday, September 28
Breakfast delivered to your room each morning

We have arranged a shuttle to and from the venue for the wedding party.

Suit Purchase: Suit Shop
Groomsmen will receive an email from The Suit Shop to purchase your suit for the wedding. Follow the email instructions and order your suit and shirt no later than July 31. Note that your pants will come unhemmed - you will need to have them hemmed before the wedding. We suggest taking them to a tailor as soon as you receive the suit and no later than August 27.
Please wear any matte black dress shoes you would like.
We will provide bow ties and suspenders to complete your look.

9a - Hair and Makeup for Bridesmaids and Moms begins
12p - Lunch provided for the wedding party in the following rooms at Highland Haven: Hillside 1 & Hillside 2 for ladies and Treehouse or Creekside 1 for gents
2p - Separate bride/bridesmaid and groom/groomsmen photos begin (details to follow)
4p - Wedding party to leave for Evergreen Lake House
5p - Ceremony
5:30p - Cocktail Hour and combined wedding party photos and family photos
7p - Reception begins
11p - Reception ends
11p - After-party at Catcus Jacks (transportation provided to Catcus Jacks and back to the hotel until 1a)
